Jayla is a 16-year-old high school junior from Georgia who embodies strength, discipline, and determination. She’s a 4.0 GPA student, a competitive volleyball player, a bass clarinetist, and a leader in her school’s marching band — all while being a scoliosis warrior and spinal fusion survivor.

This season, Jayla earned a spot on a LOVB national-level travel volleyball team, giving her the opportunity to compete against top athletes across the country and to gain exposure to college recruiters. Her journey is one of courage, resilience, and faith — proving that no obstacle can stand in the way of hard work and heart.
