A Message from Xavier & Annalisse

Hi! We’re Xavier and Annalisse, and volleyball has become such a huge part of our lives.

We both started playing volleyball after COVID, and what began as something new quickly turned into something we absolutely love. Since then, we haven’t stopped playing. Volleyball has given us so much more than a sport — it has taught us how to work hard, compete, be great teammates, push through challenges, and constantly strive to get better.

This season is especially exciting for us because we have the opportunity to play for Rockstar Volleyball Club. It’s truly a dream for both of us to be part of the Rockstar family, continue developing as players, compete at a high level, and make memories with our teammates along the way.

A few months ago, our mom was unexpectedly laid off from her job after 11 years. She has been working incredibly hard and aggressively searching for a new position, but having two kids playing club volleyball at the same time comes with a significant financial commitment. We know how much she sacrifices to make it possible for us to continue doing what we love, and we want to do our part to help.

That’s why we’re asking our family, friends, and community for a little support this season. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping with our club volleyball fees and allowing us to continue playing the sport that means so much to us.

If you aren’t able to donate, simply sharing our fundraiser would mean just as much.

We are so grateful for everyone who supports us, cheers us on, and continues to be part of our volleyball journey. We can’t wait to represent Rockstar this season and see where this journey takes us!

Why We Fundraise

Volleyball is more than a sport for our young athletes. Volleyball builds confidence, focus, a sense of pride, work ethic, and team camaraderie. Many of these young athletes have big goals and dreams to play at the collegiate level and beyond, so participating in club level sports plays a huge role in their lives as athletes, teammates, and young women.

By donating today, your donation goes towards helping athletes like us to help cover club dues and other expenses related to our participation. No donation is too small and together, we are working to show our support for our young athletes!
