Latinos face many barriers to living, thriving, and contributing fully and authentically. What’s driving these inequities? A system that limits our ability to access economic opportunity and build social and cultural power to buy a home and feel at home. This is the Latino Opportunity Gap. We will narrow the Gap by: • Expanding our Regional Mortgage Program across the Southeast to ensure thousands more Latino families can access quality loans. • Launching the Southeast’s First, Free-Standing Latino Cultural Center to celebrate and share our diverse cultures and build strong social and cultural networks that support our ability to fully engage civically in our communities. • Creating the Experiencia Latina Equity Training to help Latinos and our neighbors develop a more nuanced understanding of the Latino experience and shape local norms and policies. • Elevating Latino-led Community Philanthropy through the creation of dozens of giving circles to galvanize the Latino community to better leverage our assets, support local initiatives, and foster a new generation of Latino leaders
