We believe in the power of diversity and in a world where people with disabilities have equal access to meaningful employment opportunities. Today, more than half of people with disabilities face barriers to employment. That is why we work every day to create real pathways to inclusion. Since our founding, we have trained more than 12,000 people with disabilities and supported over 4,000 in accessing jobs. Our community includes more than 130,000 people with disabilities actively seeking opportunities. How do we do it? For people with disabilities: We provide free, virtual training in technical and soft skills to strengthen employability, and we connect candidates with inclusive companies through our job platform. For companies: We partner with organizations across industries to build inclusive workplaces, improve hiring practices, and create accessible environments where diverse talent can thrive.
