Education is the future, it is not just about the children, but the whole family, ICEA is developing more programs to help families raise their children to have leadership qualities, vibrant and positive personalities, self confidence, as well as academic excellence. 

My colleague Dedian runs this organization and he's so passionate about it! They're based in LA and helping over a hundred kids develop leadership skills which they in turn will teach other kids.
