SSSFA is a non-profit corporation organized within the meaning of IRS Publication 557, Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. It shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically to foster and promote the instruction, education, and experience of the spiritual teachings of Himalayan Samarpan Meditation, a simple practice of meditation offered worldwide, free of charge, for the well-being of all.

In the United States, Himalayan Samarpan Meditation is offered through centers managed and operated by SSSFA. Rooted in the timeless Himalayan wisdom shared freely by Enlightened Living Saint H.H. Shree Shivkrupanand Swami, this simple yet profound meditation connects individuals with their true self and Universal Consciousness. Open to all regardless of religion, race, nationality, gender, or age, our nationwide programs and community meditation centers are provided as charitable and educational services to promote mental, physical, and spiritual health.

As part of these purposes, the corporation is committed to establishing a universal spiritual sanctuary in the United States, featuring the “Place of Meditation” and “GuruShaktiDham”, the abode of Universal Consciousness, as a sacred space for seekers from all walks of life to experience inner healing, deepen spiritual awareness, and pursue self-realization for generations to come. By nurturing values of peace, compassion, and unity, we strive to realize the ideal of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,“One World, One Family.”

The charitable purposes of the corporation include promoting the principles and knowledge of Himalayan Samarpan Meditation and its benefits to the public through teaching, study, and experience; improving physical, mental, and spiritual health through its practice; and pursuing other charitable purposes permitted under Federal, State, and local laws that align with the corporation’s objectives. In furtherance of these purposes, the corporation may establish meditation centers and other facilities for public benefit.

Regular meditation brings about the complete balance in an individual. The corporation’s goal is to make these benefits available to the United States public and is dedicated to fostering inner peace, self-realization, and collective well-being through the practice and teaching of Himalayan Samarpan Meditation.

In addition, this Corporation has been formed for the purpose of performing all things incidental to, or appropriate in, the foregoing specific and primary purposes. However, the Corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activity or the exercise of any powers which are not in furtherance of its primary non-profit purposes.

The Corporation shall hold and may exercise all such powers as may be conferred upon any nonprofit organization by the laws of the State of North Carolina and as may be necessary or expedient for the administration of the affairs and attainment of the purposes of the Corporation. At no time and in no event shall the Corporation participate in any activities which have not been permitted to be carried out by a Corporation exempt under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code"), such as certain political and legislative activities.
