We’re dedicated to supporting adults with special needs by creating a warm, inclusive community where everyone can expand their social circle and engage in meaningful activities. Our passion stems from our own experiences, and every event and program is designed to build connections, celebrate individuality, and foster a supportive environment where every family feels valued.

Your donation helps Horizon Family Hub create inclusive, community-centered experiences for adults 18+ with autism and intellectual disabilities—especially after they transition out of school-based supports. As a volunteer-run organization, every dollar goes a long way toward program costs, accessible activities, supplies, space rental, and building our long-term goal: a dedicated home-away-from-home where friendships grow, confidence builds, and everyone belongs.
