Future Incubator

Future Incubator is the operational partner for youth-led initiatives.

We provide administrative support in finance, HR, and legal compliance so our fiscal projects can fundraise, hire, and scale. By removing barriers for young leaders, we enable young people to stay focused on leading solutions.

Our team started building the infrastructure of Future Incubator program in 2019, with an intentional focus on removing the barriers young changemakers have to make nonprofit work sustainable.

In June 2025, we launched as an independent 501(c)(3) organization following the sunset of our parent organization, Future Coalition. Since then, we have doubled the number of projects we support. We look look forward to growing our impact further in the years to come.
