Fundación Granitos de paz

The Granitos de Paz Foundation provides support and facilitate tools so that hundreds of Colombians can get out of absolute poverty and hopelessness, acquire a decent standard of living, and a promising future.

The foundation creates an innovative and repeatable model for the comprehensive recovery of vulnerable areas that seeks to provide the necessary tools so that hundreds of low-income families can get out of poverty and access a decent standard of living and a promising future. Its strategy is based on the sum of efforts of public and private entities that share its goals. Over 828 Productive Patios (home gardens) have been built between Cartagena and Barú.
