In the summer of 2021, as the world began to reopen, something magical happened in our small coastal town of Gualala. With every new family we met, we would say, “We’re starting a preschool!” What began as a tiny pandemic playgroup in our home grew into The Forager School, a vital part of our community.
Today, Forager includes a thriving preschool, a growing elementary school, and summer programs that welcomed 67 children this year. As our school grows, so does the need for tuition assistance, particularly for families waiting to receive county-funded preschool subsidies.
Please join our friends and family in supporting The Forager School’s 2026 Gala. Every gift helps keep this extraordinary learning community accessible, joyful, and growing!
