First Embrace is a global health charity transforming newborn survival by scaling immediate Kangaroo Care (iKMC), proven to reduce newborn deaths by 40% on average.

iKMC's effects have been validated in over 20 randomised controlled trials. It unites immediate and continuous skin to skin contact, exclusive breastfeeding and training on signs of illness.

For $200 we can give a baby a week of iKMC, and support them through the period when 75% of newborn deaths happen.
