Every deserves access to free, confidential support as they navigate their psychedelic experiences. That's where Fireside Project comes in!

We're a non-profit that operates the Psychedelic Peer Support Line. We provide 100% free, confidential peer-to-peer support to people who are: 1) in the midst of psychedelic experiences; 2) exploring the meaning of past psychedelic experiences, whether they happened a day or a decade ago; or 3) tripsitting.

We've operated the support line since April 2021. During that time, we've supported almost 7,000 people! We've averted hundreds of ER visits and 911 calls, and we've provided a safe, non-judgmental space for all of our callers. Our support line is staffed by rigorously trained volunteers who are trained to listen from the heart, to be, as Ram Dass said, a loving rock.

At Fireside Project, we believe that our callers should be empowered with the choice to process past psychedelic experiences with someone sharing their identity. That's why we launched our Equity Initiative in June 2022. We trained a group of 40 volunteers who BIPOC, transgender, and/or military veterans, and now 100% of our callers with those identities can choose to unpack their psychedelic journey with someone who shares that aspect of their identity. Other identities will follow soon!

Our hope is that this fundraising campaign will take us to the next level. As psychedelics become more mainstream, millions of people every year will be trying them for the first time, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE should have our mobile app (firesideproject.org/app) or phone number (62-FIRESIDE | 623-473-7433) in their phone BEFORE they take a psychedelic.
