ESBE Incorporated

ESBE Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 87-1218291) that removes the procedural and information barriers keeping U.S. military veterans, military families, people with disabilities, and low-income communities from the public benefits they have earned or are eligible for.

We build workflow tooling, plain-language guides, and document-review automation that any veteran, VSO, or community-based organization can use at no cost. Every artifact we publish is in the public domain or under a permissive open-source license.

ESBE operates AIVA (aivaclaims.com), a donor-funded VA disability claims-preparation platform that is free to the veteran.

Current commitments: plain-language benefits playbooks for the highest-volume VA disability condition categories, an open-source claims-evidence workflow toolkit, and a public quarterly impact ledger.

ESBE is 100% volunteer-run, founded by a U.S. Army veteran who has personally navigated VA disability, Medicaid HCBS, and SNAP.
