Our movement is based on our belief that we need exceptional leadership on different levels of the system to tackle the educational challenges in Colombia. Join us in empowering the next generation of leaders! Our mentoring program, designed for students in grades 7th to 10th, is shaping the agents of change our world needs. With a focus on collective leadership, STEM skills, and climate action, we're nurturing young minds to tackle the pressing issues of our time head-on.

Through our innovative program, students embark on a transformative journey where they identify climate action issues and collaboratively devise projects to address them. With the support of Enseña por Colombia's comprehensive 64-hour training curriculum, they're equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to make a real difference.

But it doesn't stop there. Our program goes beyond the classroom, immersing students in experiences that deepen their understanding of leadership and the importance of climate action. Together, we're fostering a generation of change-makers who are ready to take on the world's most urgent challenges.
