Education is the basic need for a better future. However, 46 million children, between 6-18 years of age, do not go to school. Many of them drop out of school and the reasons range from lack of adequate facilities in schools including no proper, toilets, drinking water etc. to teachers not attending school regularly or even the basic lack of awareness on the necessity of education. CRY works with communities to not only connect children to school but also ensure they are retained in school and can complete their education. Thus paving the way for a brighter future.
