Empowering Women in Reserve Families: Safety, Confidence & Community Strength

The ongoing security situation has placed tremendous pressure on families of Israel’s reserve soldiers. While their partners serve for extended periods, many women shoulder the responsibility of caring for their homes and communities—often in areas near the northern and southern borders.

We are launching a Women’s Safety & Empowerment Program designed to provide practical self-protection skills, safety awareness, emotional resilience, and community support.
Our workshops include:

·       Personal safety and situational awareness

·       Basic self-defense techniques appropriate for all ages

·       Confidence-building and stress-management tools

·       Community empowerment for women in frontline regions

This initiative strengthens women who carry so much during this time—giving them tools to feel safer, more prepared, and more supported.
