Punjab is reeling under the worst floods in decades. Over 1,650 villages across all 23 districts have been affected, with more than 1.75 lakh acres of farmland submerged. The devastation has displaced lakhs of people, with Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Ferozepur, and Fazilka among the hardest hit. Tragically, 37 lives have been lost, and several remain missing.
In response, the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) is mobilizing urgent relief through its Disaster Preparedness & Rehabilitation Campaign. With decades of experience in disaster responss, from earthquakes to floods, Centre is now working to provide essential supplies to flood-affected communities in Punjab as well as conducting a need assessment to provide long term relief. Your donation can help deliver:
Ready-to-eat food and clean drinking water
Essential medicines and first-aid kits
Sanitation supplies including hygiene kits and disinfectants
Every contribution helps restore dignity and safety to families facing unimaginable loss. Let’s stand together in this moment of crisis.
Donate now to CEE’s campaign and be a part of the healing.
