Mission Statement
Build A Pro Foundation bridges the gap between untapped potential and industry needs by providing the structured training and registered standards employers require. We ensure that when businesses invest in talent, individuals gain life-changing careers and communities build a more reliable workforce.

About Us:
Building Professionals through Apprenticeship
Build A Pro Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Salina, Kansas. We bridge the gap between untapped potential and local industry needs by serving as the central hub that connects employers ready to invest in growth, with motivated individuals hungry to grow, and those individuals with the support they need to succeed!

Who We Are
Build A Pro Foundation is a Non-Profit Multi-Employer Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor and Intermediary. That is a complex title, but every part of it serves a specific purpose for our community:

Non-Profit: We are a 501(c)3 driven by our mission to build people, not the bottom line.

Multi-Employer Sponsor: We serve as a central hub. Instead of one company trying to run its own program, we manage the standards for many employers at once, creating more opportunities for the workforce.

Registered Apprenticeship: Our programs are vetted and recognized by the Department of Labor and the State of Kansas. This ensures training leads to a national credential that has real value in the industry.

Intermediary: We are the bridge. We handle the compliance and administrative heavy lifting so that employers can focus on teaching, apprentices can focus on learning, and wrap-around support partners can focus on supporting.
