**Metabolic Psychiatric Recovery Project** provides **free education and support** for individuals on disability who want access to **ketogenic metabolic therapy** for psychiatric recovery. Participants receive structured online learning, live Q&A sessions, individualized dietary guidance, and access to a supportive community. This is an education and support program that allows people to **have access to a ketogenic professional for consultation.**

We rely on **individual donations** to support our work. In 2025, we hope to raise **$20,000**, which will be matched **1:1** by the [Baszucki Group](https://baszuckigroup.com/) for a total of **$40,000**. This funding will allow us to expand access to at least **120 individuals** living on government disability due to mental illness.

By using ketogenic dietary interventions alongside comprehensive education and individualized support, participants can explore the hope and promise of ketogenic therapies and may achieve measurable reductions in psychiatric symptoms, improved cognitive clarity, and meaningful gains in daily functioning.

For most of my life, I didn’t realize how much my mental health was being influenced by what I ate. But everything changed when I discovered the powerful connection between metabolic health and the brain. After switching to a ketogenic lifestyle and focusing on stabilizing my blood sugar, I experienced a profound shift—mental clarity replaced brain fog, my moods became more stable, and the low-grade anxiety that had always hovered in the background began to fade. We are on a call with Nicole on 4 August .... I'm beyond excited and GRATEFUL to discover how my daughter responds.
