Bayanihan YEG: Typhoon Relief Fund
The Philippines is facing a severe humanitarian crisis as communities endure disaster after disaster. In just over a month, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake in Cebu , followed by Typhoon Kalmaegi (Tino) , and most recently Super Typhoon Fungwong (Uwan) , have left families without shelter, clean water, and basic necessities. Homes have been damaged, livelihoods disrupted, and access to food and care remains limited. Angat Buhay has been on the ground providing IMMEDIATE and URGENT support:
food packs, bottled water, soap, blankets, hot meals, medicine, vitamins, and hygiene kits, but with the recent typhoon the need continues to grow. We are calling on our Edmonton community to stand in solidarity.
Your donations will help sustain relief and recovery efforts for affected families. From Edmonton to the Philippines: this is our bayanihan in action.
