As global temperatures continue to rise, an urgent threat faces the **71,000** hectares of forest land in need of restoration in **Cebu, Philippines.** After years of deforestation, climate change has left parts of the province vulnerable to flooding, diminishing water sources, and decreasing forest cover. By implementing innovative solutions, CarbonPH **works with local communities to restore their forests and watersheds**, strengthening biodiversity to secure a more sustainable future for Cebu.

**What is CarbonPH?**

**CarbonPH** is Aboitiz Foundation’s **reforestation and biodiversity conservation** project that intertwines innovative technology with nature-based solutions to protect the forests and the only watershed in the Central Cebu Protected Landscape in the Philippines.

**Our Goals**

For the first phase of this program, we aim to reach **USD $100,000** that will be used to support the **planting of 100,000+ trees** in the heart of Cebu.
