NairoBits empowers underserved youth aged 17-24 with tech education, presenting them opportunities to succeed & end poverty.

**Goal/Cause -** Our goal is to empower young people from low-income backgrounds by providing them with the digital skills needed to succeed and create a better future for themselves.

**Mission -** To impact the lives of **300,000** underserved youth in **3 underserved regions** of Kenya by providing digital learning programs, workforce training, and industry internships within the next five years so they can **transform their socio-economic lives**.

**Impact -** To deliver effective training and support for **45 cohorts** through transformative partnerships with community-based organizations. We aim to secure employment opportunities for over **80% of the youth trained**, enhancing their ability to improve their socio-economic conditions.
By bridging the digital divide, we will enable access to digital resources for 3 million individuals, significantly expanding our influence and empowering communities to thrive in a digitally integrated world.
