Join me for a community 2.7-mile run/walk/bike benefiting Muttville Senior Dog Rescue! @muttvillesf

After the unexpected yet amazing amount of interest in this run, I’ve decided to keep things a little simpler and make it more of a community morning than a formal race. 💗

We’ll meet at Equator Coffees at the Golden Gate Bridge and make our way together to Equator Coffees at Fort Mason, where we’ll hang out, grab a coffee and a bite, and connect with one another afterward.

🐕 Runners, walkers, bikers & pups welcome! And then comes the fun part… an afternoon raffle benefiting Muttville! 🐾 I’m so excited to have some incredibly generous people donating handmade and one-of-a-kind prizes:

All proceeds from the raffle will go toward supporting Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and the senior dogs in their care.

Donations are always encouraged, but never required. If you’re able to contribute, every dollar makes a difference in helping senior dogs receive the love, medical care, and forever homes they deserve. ❤️

Come run, walk, bike, bring your pup, meet some new people, grab a coffee and a bite, and help us do something good for the community.

No pace requirements! This is meant to be an easygoing morning for everyone to enjoy. The duration of the event will be approximately three hours.

Run for Senior Dogs 🐶 

Muttville is changing the way the world thinks about and treats older dogs.

Every day...
dogs in good health with wonderful personalities are euthanized. Why? Because they're older, and not considered adoptable. A dog is brought in because he can't jog with his guardian anymore. Or he needs a little time to get up the stairs. Or he’s simply not a puppy. In some cases, dogs are moved from loving homes to concrete cages because their guardians have died or simply can't care for them anymore.

We reach out to senior dogs at risk, give them the care they need, and find them loving forever homes. If we had our way, no dog would spend their last days in a shelter. There is so much love and joy in these dogs!
