Welcome to SEMO Exotic Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit exotic animal rescue located in Southeast Missouri. We provide a safe, loving, lifelong home for abandoned, abused, neglected, and surrendered exotic animals that have nowhere else to go.
Our residents include capuchin monkeys, marmosets, lemurs, kangaroos, reptiles, birds, and many other unique species. Every animal in our care receives proper nutrition, enrichment, veterinary care, and the compassion they deserve.
Our mission is to rescue, educate, and inspire. Through responsible education and sharing each animal's story, we help people understand the realities of exotic pet ownership while promoting conservation, respect, and lifelong commitment to these incredible animals.
