In rural Kenya, education is not free. Families must pay school fees, purchase uniforms, and provide supplies. For parents living on less than $2 a day, these costs are overwhelming. Too often, children are sent home when fees can’t be paid. Many fall behind or drop out altogether. Without education, the cycle of poverty continues.

Since 2015, 100 Humanitarians International has partnered with families to open the door to education. We’ve provided scholarships for hundreds of students, delivered literacy programs that help entire families learn to read, and established Skills Development Centers where women and youth gain practical skills to start businesses. Education changes everything: children stay in school, parents grow in confidence, and communities rise together.

1. Choose your gift — sponsor primary school fees for $80 per term, high school fees for $250 per term, a Literacy Set for $20, or a Skills Development Center for $5,000.
