Every day in rural Kenya, parents wonder how they will feed their children. Meals are often just starches like maize or ugali, leaving kids without the nutrients they need to grow strong. Protein is scarce, and long walks for water steal time from school and work. Families want to thrive, but hunger keeps holding them back.

Since 2015, 100 Humanitarians International has partnered with thousands of families to change this story. Together, we’ve built more than 22,000 Garden Towers for food security, feeding over 100,000 people. We’ve launched hundreds of chicken businesses, putting eggs on the table and income in hand. And we’ve helped families grow goat herds into long-term financial security. Families are healthier, children stay in school, and communities are thriving.
