Mother Erinah Junior School in Uganda was founded by community parents and teachers who could not afford to enroll their children in expensive schools. The school is located in Bunakijja Village, Bunakijja Parish, Ntenjeru Sub-County, Mukono District, Uganda. On 20th April 2022, a very strong storm destroyed classrooms. Fortunately, the children were on holiday between school terms. Some students returned after the storm to complete writing letters to their friends at a middle school in Southbury-Middlebury, Connecticut. Children will report back for their second academic term on 09th May 2022. We need your support to enable us to repair the roof of a four-classrooms block and to cover expenses to install temporary structures for the children to continue with their classes.
