Manzil Mystics empowers underserved youth through music, creating safe, joyful learning spaces and building skills for the future.

Manzil Mystics was founded by a group of young musicians who grew up in low-income families in Delhi and found their voice through Manzil; a learning community and nonprofit started by an IIM Ahmedabad graduate, Ravi Gulati. The nurturing and creative environment of Manzil gave them not just music, but confidence, purpose, and a happy, safe space to grow. Five of these youth (the co-founders of Manzil Mystics) went on to earn 100% scholarships to study in the USA. On returning, they realized that over 4.4 million children in Delhi-and millions more across India—lack the same opportunities to learn and express themselves through music.

They also discovered a deeper gap: while India has a centuries-old musical heritage, there was no structured, inclusive initiative to make music education accessible and meaningful for every child. To change this, they founded Manzil Mystics; a nonprofit dedicated to using the power of music to educate, empower, and create livelihoods.

Our vision is simple yet powerful: every child deserves at least one hour of happy and safe space each week through music to learn, express, and heal.

Our mission is to enable access to quality music education for 1 million children by 2027 through our Learning Through Music (LTM) model, which combines education, livelihood, and community-building. We aim to nurture a generation of creative, empathetic, and confident children—while helping young musicians from low-income backgrounds earn dignified livelihoods as music facilitators.

NVP-USA celebrates four decades in the creative application of trauma-informed peacebuilding across community and culture.  

In memory and inspired by artist-extraordinaire John Lennon who lost his life to gun violence on the streets of New York, the **Non-Violence Project USA (NVP-USA)** applies its symbol, the "knotted gun," to promote the universal alternative to violence:  **peace**.

The symbol is one of the world's most impactful images, its installation in major cities planting the vision for peace to prevail.  The original sculpture stands as the monument to non-violence at the entrance to the United Nations.  

**Each year, over 1.6 million people lose their lives to violence, World Health Organization, World Report on Violence and Health.  Gun violence is now the number-one cause of death for children and young adults in the United States.** 

Every 7 minutes an adolescent is killed by an act of violence.  130 million students between age 13 -15 experience bullying.  30% of American workers claim to suffer from mobbing.  60% of women have been victims of forms of sexual harassment during their working life.

NVP has introduced non-violence principles and practices to over 10 million youth worldwide, and through its **Schools for Peace** curriculum offers its ***Why Knot?*** violence-prevention workshops to school districts and community-based organizations across America.  The organization and its studio offer replicas of Artist Ambassador custom-designed sculptures, the proceeds supporting NVP educational programs.  Additionally, the **Cities for Peace** program provides the opportunity for cities across the United States to purchase, install and dedicate a bronze "knotted gun" sculpture as a permanent demonstration of non-violence in their community. Gator Wilderness Camp School is located in Charlotte County in southwest Florida. While companion animals like dogs and cats are slowly gaining legal protection in Colombia, farm animals remain invisible victims of cruelty and neglect. At Juliana’s Sanctuary, we make their stories visible. We give them names, we share their journeys, and most importantly—we give them **the right to live**.

These animals are not food, machines, or commodities. They are sentient beings who deserve to live in peace. We are here to honor that truth and inspire others to do the same.

Providing a Safe Haven, Free Shelter to Abandon Visually Impaired Girls in Delhi, India

Empowering visually impaired girls was one of the prime objectives behind establishing the Blind Welfare Society as there is a dearth of organizations working for the betterment of visually impaired girls in India. We affirm that visually impaired young girls and women are more vulnerable and thus need extra support. It is our endeavor to create an environment where the lack of money or opportunities does not make blind girl’s situation worse.

Blind welfare society strongly resents any action which could show the visually impaired people as disabled. Blindness is just the physical loss of eyesight, nothing more. Blind people are like everyone else, and can be expected to perform on a par. BWS has a crucial role to play in creating a world where there are no barriers to people with sight loss. We strive to increase the independence, access to education, equal opportunity, social security and quality of life for people with vision loss.

We have continued to expand our programs and services to meet the needs of the community we serve.

We are a culturally-based Kinship Navigator Program serving Southeast Alaska kin families outside of the foster care system. Our focus is helping families build and maintain healthy intergenerational relationships that keep children and youth safe,  stable, and out of the system.

Espacio MUY showcases contemporary Maya and Zoque art in Chiapas via archives, a cultural center, and exhibitions.

This cultural project to promote the arts among the Maya and Zoque peoples of Chiapas, Mexico began in December of 2014. There is a dynamic cultural milieu in these traditionalist communities of Tsotsil, Tseltal, Ch'ol and other Maya languages spearheaded by young and mid-career creatives, all born in rural villages, active in painting, sculpture, photography and performance. MUY promotes outreach to the communities, trains in art, exhibits and publishes on Indigenous art for social justice, ecology, gender and diversity, and defense of the territory of and by Native Peoples. Our special projects include facilitating residencies for Maya/Zoque creators and virtual and live art-events toward sharing Indigenous aesthetics, wisdom and g/local empowerment and spiritual enrichment. Project Transition

We provide education and support to young defectors and foster their integration into South Korean society. 

Yeomyung School is a government approved alternative school to provide education and support young NK defectors in their integration into South Korean society. Students include those in middle school and high school and range in age from 16 to 25 years old. Courses offered prepare students for the next level of their education. These courses include: science, math, social studies, English, etc. The Ministry of Unification is responsible for oversight of Yeomyung School.
