I am Bijan Machen, founder of the We Uplift The World Foundation. Our organization provides aspiring young artists and entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and support that they need to build sustainable careers. This fall, we are launching a signature education initiative that uses art, technology, and creative entrepreneurship education to empower underserved BIPOC youth in the U.S. and globally.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 to provide:
- Expert-led workshops in visual arts, business skills, and creative expression
- Supplies, software, digital tools, and creative materials for students
- Scholarships for our education programs, ensuring all young people can participate
- Paid internships for students in communities with systemic barriers to education and employment
Our programs instill confidence, academic curiosity, economic sustainability, and a sense of belonging—essential foundations for our youth to thrive. Past participants have gone on to lead, learn, and create brighter futures with a renewed sense of purpose.
