Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and build a brighter future. Yet for many underprivileged children in Cambodia, poverty—not potential—determines whether they ever have the chance to attend school. Some are forced to work to help support their families, while others never enroll or leave school because they cannot afford tuition, uniforms, books, or other basic educational necessities.

Through the Yours Humanly K–12 Scholarship Program, we don't simply help children enroll in school—we make a long-term commitment to help them stay there. Every Yours Humanly scholar accepted into the program receives the educational and individualized support needed to succeed from enrollment through high school graduation. By removing financial barriers and providing consistent encouragement, we help children remain focused on learning and building brighter futures.

Each scholarship provides tuition, uniforms, books, school supplies, study materials, meals, and other essential educational needs. For children without a safe or supportive home environment, scholarships may also include boarding school, giving them a stable place to live, learn, and thrive. Beyond financial assistance, Yours Humanly provides mentorship, guidance, and individualized support to help scholars overcome challenges, stay engaged in school, and successfully reach graduation.

Your generosity helps us welcome new Yours Humanly scholars into the program while honoring the long-term commitment we have made to every scholar already in our care. Because every scholarship continues year after year until graduation, ongoing support is essential to ensuring each child has the opportunity to complete their education, break the cycle of poverty, and build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.

K-12 Scholarships for Underprivileged Children in Cambodia

Transforming the lives of underprivileged children through education by providing quality education and equitable resources.

Yours Humanly is a global nonprofit organization transforming the lives of underprivileged children through education by providing access to quality education and equitable resources. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential, regardless of where they are born or the circumstances they face. Education is more than learning to read and write—it creates opportunity, builds confidence, empowers children to achieve their dreams, and helps break the cycle of poverty.

Since 2013, Yours Humanly has helped more than 46,000 children through scholarships, education centers, literacy initiatives, technology access, school improvements, and other educational programs that remove barriers to learning and create lasting opportunity. Working alongside communities, educators, schools, and local partners in the United States, Cambodia, India, Nepal, and the Philippines, we create sustainable educational solutions that empower children, strengthen families, and transform communities.

Through our Coloring Futures and Bridging Gaps initiatives, Yours Humanly develops innovative educational programs that meet children where they are and provide the resources they need to succeed.

Why Education? Education is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. A quality education opens doors to opportunity, builds confidence, develops critical thinking skills, and creates pathways to lifelong success. Children who receive a quality education are better prepared to support themselves, strengthen their families, contribute to their communities, and inspire future generations.

That is why education is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Approach We believe meaningful change comes from long-term commitment rather than short-term solutions. We work closely with local educators, schools, community leaders, and partner organizations to understand each community's educational challenges and develop sustainable solutions that create lasting impact.

Whether helping a child remain in school through graduation, operating education centers, strengthening underserved schools, expanding access to technology, promoting literacy, or responding to disasters, our focus is always on creating opportunities that continue transforming lives for years to come.

Your Impact Every gift helps enroll children in school, keep students in school through graduation, provide tuition, uniforms, books, school supplies, meals, educational resources, STEM, robotics, digital literacy, education centers, libraries, computer labs, school improvements, and disaster recovery support—giving children the knowledge, skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to build brighter futures.

Accountability and Stewardship Yours Humanly is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship. We carefully invest every contribution to maximize educational opportunities for children while creating sustainable, measurable impact.

Our Vision A world where all children have an equal opportunity to receive a quality education.

Our Mission Transforming the lives of underprivileged children through education by providing access to quality education and equitable resources.

Our Core Value Quality education is a basic human right, and every child everywhere should be afforded that right in a safe and nurturing environment.

Together We Can Transform Lives Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream.

Whether you are helping provide a scholarship, expanding early literacy, strengthening an underserved school, supporting an education center, or helping close the digital divide, your generosity creates opportunities that last a lifetime.

Together, we can ensure more children have access to quality education and equitable resources so they can build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.

When a child receives an education, hope grows, opportunities expand, families are strengthened, communities prosper, and lives are transformed.
