Once upon a time in the heart of Brno, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural tapestry, a group of passionate individuals embarked on a mission to create a haven of unity and integration. They dreamt of a place where people from all walks of life could come together, celebrate their differences, and forge lifelong connections. This dream gave birth to the Multicultural Center Brusinka.

Brusinka became a sanctuary, a special space where the magic of education and culture unfolded. It served as a bridge between newcomers and locals, providing a nurturing environment for intercultural exchange and dialogue. The Center's doors swung open wide, welcoming everyone with open arms, regardless of their origin or nationality.

Within Brusinka's walls, a symphony of activities and programs came to life. Language classes echoed with laughter and conversation, as individuals from diverse backgrounds bonded over their shared desire to communicate and connect. Cultural workshops sparked curiosity, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the arts, traditions, and customs of different communities. The walls vibrated with the rhythm of music performances and the aroma of diverse culinary delights.

To fulfill our mission, we offer a plethora of activities that promote awareness, understanding, and support for diverse identities within our local community. These include language classes, cultural workshops, art exhibitions, music performances, culinary events, and much more. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has access to these programs, regardless of their financial means. We strive to maintain an affordable, solidarity-based approach, making it possible for anyone to participate and benefit from our offerings.

However, we face a pressing challenge. Despite the immense value our Multicultural Center brings to our city, the government have been unable to recognize the potential in aiding centers like ours. As a result, we are solely responsible for covering the costs of rent and materials, which have become increasingly burdensome due to inflation. In order to continue our vital work and sustain our educational, cultural, and social programs, we urgently need your support.

We are the members of the Czech Democracy network, influencing society by the thoughts about peace, equality, quality education and community importance.
