Whiskers TNR of Warren County
Aims to improve the quality of life for the county's stray, dumped and feral cats.
The vision for Whiskers (TNR) of Warren County is to implement a Trap-Neuter-Return program to provide a humane and effective approach for barn, stray and feral cats. We want to be able to provide financial assistance for veterinary expenses to spay/neuter and vaccinate cats. Research has shown that TNR helps improve the lives of feral cats, improves relationships with the people who live near them, and decreases the size of colonies over time.
