Founded in 1993, we are a nonprofit also licensed by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife. We work under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to care for wildlife in distress according to their guidelines.

We serve all citizens and wildlife of Santa Clara County, from Mountain View to Morgan Hill. We primarily receive wildlife from this area, but also do not turn away wild animals brought from other cities/counties. We treat approximately 5,600 wild birds, mammals and reptiles from 160 different species each year. Animals are returned to local the habitats that will support them.
