Join us for My Cardio Girl™, a heart‑powered movement designed to educate, engage, and empower families around cardiovascular and blood health through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math)‑based learning and action.
Every $49 sponsorship enrolls a participant on a virtual My Cardio Girl™ STEAM TEAM, giving them 12 months of evidence‑based challenges centered on the theme:
Know Your Blood. Move Your Blood. Give Your Blood.
This challenge celebrates January as National Blood Donation Month and honors the legacy of January 8th, a day of reflection, resilience, and community healing in Arizona.
With your support, the Force for Health® Academy Foundation aims to raise $25,000 through this campaign to fund program scholarships and digital learning resources that help families understand and prevent conditions like anemia, hypertension, sickle cell disease, and heart disease.
