Join us in supporting the 50 young leaders enrolled in our 2026 Peer Educators Academy.

Over the next 12 months, these talented young people will become trusted voices in sexual and reproductive health—reaching schools, humanitarian settings, and rural communities to improve health and education outcomes for their peers.

This program exists because too many young people are making life-altering decisions about their bodies, relationships, and futures without access to accurate, non-judgmental information or essential health services.

Silence, stigma, and neglect were costing young people their health and their dignity. We knew information alone wasn't enough; it had to be shared in a language young people could trust and see themselves in, supported by the essential health services they needed.

Through mentorship, training, and care, we equip peer educators to share knowledge in ways that young people trust and recognize themselves in.

When a young person says, “I didn’t know I had a right to say no,” we’re reminded why this work—and your support—matters.

Reach A Hand Uganda envisions a world where all young people make informed life choices. Young People for Young People
