Help POWHR Stop the MVP Boost and strengthen our movement in 2026!

In 2026 we will continue to link arms with fenceline communities and organizers to grow the movement opposing gas infrastructure.

We are organizing opposition to the proposed MVP Boost project, which would expand capacity at three existing MVP compressor stations in West Virginia and add a mega-sized Swann compressor station in Eastern Montgomery County, Virginia. This expansion would ramp up climate wrecking deliveries of methane gas on the mainline MVP by 30%.

We support the Holler to Holler Mutual Aid collective by providing  a mini-warehouse and community meeting space that allows for weekly donations of supplies for our people still recovering from devastating flooding exacerbated by climate change. Having a sustainable long term presence will help us stay prepared for future disasters and build community through solidarity.

Give $25 toward growing our movement in Southwest Virginia and Southern West Virginia!

Give $50 toward stopping the MVP Boost project / Swann Compressor Station!

Give $250 toward sustaining the Holler to Holler mutual aid hub!

Give $500 toward general operating support for POWHR’s mission!

Give $1,000 toward supporting all of the above in 2026!

To donate by check, please make your check payable to Virginia Organizing and write POWHR on the memo line. Mail to us using the enclosed envelope or send to:
