Every dollar you donate ensures these school-based student journalism programs get the training and support they need to lay the strong foundations needed to ensure long-term success and sustainability - through our current Journalism Adviser Fellowship for teachers and our Student Journalism Leaders Fellowship programs. AND next school year we're opening our brand-new Bronx Student Journalism Bureau.
Whatever level you can contribute, $50 or more, is an investment in our youth and the future of community-centered, fact-based journalism.
And if you're looking for inspiration, we have a few donor tiers to suggest:
- A Publisher: A gift of $10,000 sponsors a full year of professional development, training and mentorship for a Press Pass NYC Journalism Adviser Fellow and the launch of a new student news publication at a partner school.
- A Student Newsroom Patron: A gift of $1200 (or $100 per month) sponsors a full year of Press Pass NYC workshops and materials for a partner-school newsroom.
- A Student Journalist Patron: A gift of $500 (or $45 per month) sponsors a Press Pass NYC Journalism Student Leaders Fellow for a full semester.
- Bronx Booster: A gift of $1000 directly to our new Bronx Bureau earns you and a guest an invitation to the Official Bronx Bureau Launch Event in early 2027.
