Help kids with cancer get safer care, more home days.

For most families, childhood cancer is not just a diagnosis – it is an impossible choice.
Treat the child and risk losing the home and
income. Or protect the family’s basic needs and watch the child lose access to
modern care. This is not how medicine should work. Yet in many regions,
especially far from the largest academic centers, this is still the reality.
Children with cancer need more than courage and
medicine. They need well-designed studies that test safer therapies, modern
diagnostics that find disease earlier, and systems that keep doctors, data, and
teams aligned. Without this, many promising ideas remain dreams on paper. Many
children never see the benefit.
OncoHelper AI exists to change that.
OncoHelper AI Inc. is a United States 501(c)(3)
nonprofit project office, developer, and infrastructure partner focused on
pediatric oncology. Our mission is very concrete: to turn strong ideas for
helping children with cancer into real, well-run research projects, and to
support those projects with modern data systems, operations, and AI tools.
We work with pediatric oncologists and
investigators who see real problems at the bedside. Together with them, we
• assemble international clinical and
laboratory teams,
• design study protocols and ethics packages,
• set up secure databases and data flows,
• prepare the documentation that modern
funders and review boards require,
• follow each project from planning through
reporting so it does not collapse for non-medical reasons.
Alongside this hands-on work, we are building
an in-house pediatric oncology AI platform that connects directly to these
projects. Every properly collected dataset strengthens our models. In return,
our models help with risk stratification, early warning, and treatment
decisions, so that studies bring practical tools to the bedside – not just
publications on a shelf.
The projects we support are not abstract.
Current and planned work includes
• zinc-based approaches that may support
treatment and recovery,
• smarter use of existing drugs such as PARP
inhibitors,
• clinical data studies in childhood
leukemias and solid tumors,
• research focused on reducing toxicity,
side effects, and time children spend in hospital.
Each project is built around a clear question:
how to improve survival while reducing the damage that treatment does to a
child’s body and daily life.
Our structure is international by design. We
combine American leadership and governance with experienced oncologists,
researchers, and laboratory teams in Central Asia, working on modern American
equipment that has already been installed. This allows high-quality pediatric oncology
studies to be carried out at a fraction of typical United States cost – often
close to one fifth – so that each donated dollar reaches more real research and
concrete project work instead of overhead.
Your support does not pay for a hospital
building or a large bureaucracy. Instead, it powers the missing layer that
makes serious pediatric cancer research possible and affordable.
This first campaign has a focused goal of 25,000 dollars. Your support at this level can help prepare and launch the initial phase of one new pediatric cancer study while strengthening the data and experience that feed our pediatric oncology AI engine. Larger phases of this work will be funded through research grants and future campaigns.
In very concrete terms, these first 25,000
dollars will help us to:
• finalize and document the protocol, consent forms, and ethics submission for
one pediatric cancer study,
• cover some of the first tests needed to enroll and follow the initial group
of children in that study,
• set up and operate a secure data workspace for this project during its
initial phase.
As we raise additional funds through grants and future campaigns, we will be able to expand this model: support more studies in parallel, maintain secure workspaces for multiple teams, and further strengthen our pediatric oncology AI platform so that every completed project improves care for future children.
With your help, a strong idea will become a protocol, a secure database, a trained team, and a real project that can change how children with cancer are diagnosed, treated, and followed.
We know you could support many causes. When you
choose to stand with children with cancer through OncoHelper AI, you help close
a very specific gap: the gap between good ideas and working solutions, between
raw data and usable tools, between a family’s fear and a clearer path through
treatment.
Your donation helps us ensure that strong
pediatric oncology ideas do not die in inboxes or filing cabinets. Instead,
they can become well-run studies, better decisions at the bedside, and more
days at home for children and their families.
Thank you for considering a gift to OncoHelper AI. Together, we can give children with cancer the practical systems and tools that turn hope into better care.
