#SaveAfghanHipHoppers Rescue Mission
SaveAfghanHipHoppers is a mission dedicated to helping rescue 19 Afghans: the Superiors (breaking) Crew & AK13 (rap group) including family members who are women and children stuck in neighboring countries, to get out and seek asylum.
AK13 and Superiors Crew are well known hip-hop groups from Afghanistan. These artists have risked their lives to peacefully express their views, spur hope, and provide a voice to marginalized groups. They are all currently hiding in neighboring countries to prevent imminent risk of arrest which entails: deportation to Afghanistan, exposure to torture, violence and other forms of inhumane treatment in both countries.
Objective: We need your support to get them and their families safely out of the region NOW.
*All proceeds will go towards legal aid, relocation and resettlement. This can only be done by raising necessary funds for legal fees, travel, and resettlement. Hip-Hop culture is about giving back, so let's help our community members in need.
No Easy Props is a 501c3 nonprofit Hip-Hop cultural arts organization led by Bgirl and community organizer Asia One, that is fundraising for this mission to help support the safety of Afghan Hip-Hoppers!
