Support persecuted families, Bring Humanitarian aid & healing, Advocacy & Awareness
Our Mission and Value
Our mission is simple: to stand with the persecuted for their faith and vulnerable
refugees from Eritrea, and to demonstrate love through action. We do this by aiding
those in physical need and by amplifying the voices of those who are silenced. Our values are Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Hope.
Our Work
Nehemiah International Ministry turns compassionate ideals into concrete action. We
focus on three main areas of work, each addressing a critical need in the communities we
serve. Through these efforts, we strive to create a safety net for those persecuted and
displaced, and to spark change so that one day such work won’t be needed.

Support Within Eritrea
More than 1,000 Christians are detained in Eritrea , including respected leaders such as Dr. Kiflu Gebremeskel and Pastor Haile Naizghi—many imprisoned for more than a decade without trial.
The Reality: Religious freedom is severely restricted. Any worship outside government-approved structures risks imprisonment, torture, and family hardship.
What NIM Does: We support 15 vulnerable families, provide essential care for imprisoned pastors, and equip young adults through Wisdom Bible Institute.
Why It Matters: Families of imprisoned believers face economic collapse. Through our support, they survive with dignity while the next generation of leaders is equipped for ministry.
