MOSFC's vital programs strategically impact the care and resilience of special ops families by building powerful collaborations with best in class organizations and improving the resources and programs that assist the special operations community in health, high performance, and happiness in and after military service. Our programs focus on fortifying familial bonds, improving individual health, and addressing critical issues within the special ops community that pose barriers to health, healing and happiness..

MSOFC original research revealed disconcerting statistics: a mere **13%** of families from Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps SOF units had their basic needs met, while only **18%** of spouses felt able to pursue personal goals. Alarmingly, service members were delaying essential healthcare for an average of **13+ years**. The intensity of service in special ops resonates profoundly throughout the entire family. Recognizing the imperative nature of our mission, we emphasize the development of healthy foundations that can fortify special operations families. An integral aspect of this mission involves empowering Special Operations Forces (SOF) families to identify signs of stress and establish healthy checkpoints. By fostering awareness, families can discern their unique responses to stress and take proactive measures to manage and control it effectively. 

MSOFC's programs equip military units, partners, and families with essential skills, education, and information, allowing them to thrive in high-stress environments or through crisis, and connect to effective care when care is needed.  Together, we honor and support war fighting families who dedicate their lives to our nation's service.
