We don’t want to just throw resources at the problem. “Our team really wants to identify what are the specific needs of the people on the ground and try to resource and fill those needs through our mobile teams and establish hubs that address the delivery of emergency health supplies, hygiene kits, legal aid, mental health, and psychological support. Through local partnerships and strategic alliances with local community organizations, to include faith-based organizations, and others, we're able to deliver much-needed resources directly to those impacted.
MC6 humanitarian response team will be deployed on June 1, 2022, to the region to assess needs, aid, and coordinate closely with the United Nations, Local NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Our team will establish mobile medical teams and delivering emergency health supplies and medicine to public health care centers, enabling continued primary health services, trauma care, and vaccinations where needed. In collective shelters our teams will be coordinating with local organizations to establish hubs in areas hardest to reach for the distributing of blankets, water containers, and hygiene kits containing soap, toothpaste, diapers, and toilet paper to help thousands of internally displaced persons and mitigate the spread of disease. Mobile teams are also providing psychological support, ensuring especially vulnerable populations have access to services and are protected from risks, including gender-based violence, child-trafficking, and landmines.
Your support will enable us to launch cash programs that provide refugees with temporary assistance for food, accommodations, and medical care until they can work or receive social support.
