 Nawal, a 60-year-old Egyptian mother of three, underwent a mastectomy operation to remove a Stage 2 Breast Cancer.  Doctors are waiting for her specimen results to prescribe a follow up treatment.  Chemo, radio or hormonal therapy costs up to USD $5,000 on average. With a retired husband and limited income, Nawal is in desperate need of a helping hand to cover her cancer treatment expenses. MegaKheir Foundation wants people to feel better, feed their aspirations, fulfill their dreams and have hopes for tomorrow. Our goal is to help NGOs maximize their social impact to effect positive change in the community, helping as many people as possible through technology.
