For those who know me, they understand that I have suffered with alcohol addiction for many years. In 2023, my longest sober streak was 33 days. My second longest was 14 days. Since then I have strived to become less dependent on alcohol.

Throughout January, I will be partaking in Dry January. No alcohol. None. Nada. 2024 needs to be the year I work on my physical health and this is a great way to start.

I will be keeping everyone posted on my social media as I progress through January. You can follow me on almost anything under "meltheburrow". In order to help me through this journey, I have decided to raise money for a charity that is dear to my heart. Maine TransNet.
