Life of the Village Foundation is currently focused on supporting Mexican children near the US/Mexican border, needing peace and a place of refuge.  We have teamed up with Pastor Victor who provides a place for children to come, eat, play, and learn integrity and morals.  Pastor Victor sees children on the streets near him that have been abused, neglected, hungry, and even sold to maintain their parent's addictions.  The children have been excitedly rounding up friends weekly to go meet with Pastor Victor and his wife.

Life of the Village Foundation also supports the elderly, brings food & supplies to the hungry, helps with medical costs, financially aids those needing alcohol & drug rehab, and brings hands-on-help to repair homes/buildings/roads.

SUPPORTING THE NEEDY IN MEXICO

An organization focused on providing human services. It received its nonprofit status in 2023.

Life of the Village Foundation began because the founders have the habit of giving and helping those they meet daily.  After years of putting their hearts, the founders were blessed financially and started Life of the Village Foundation in 2023.  The President, Francisco, was born in Mexico and often travels back with his family from their current home in the United States.  He always has a heart to give back to the community he came from and now also gives to new communities he meets.

Life of the Village Foundation's mission is to care for those in need.  We give financially, support people with visits, bring food, and help with repairs.  Our focus is on children/orphans, the elderly, single parents, people with medical needs, addiction recovery support, and hunger.  Life of the Village will also go out to help mend washed out roads, repair buildings/homes, and clean up the community.  We have vision to teach the people in addiction recovery to care for their communities by cleaning up the trash and help painting.  We'd also like to carry out these community efforts with children as well.

All the giving we do is to people we meet face to face or get to know over time.  We are very careful to not enable begging.  Life of the Village Foundation desires to give to people in genuine need, and for those who are able, we like to teach them to give back to others in the community as well.

Currently (middle of 2025 and on) we have been donating to an orphanage and children with difficult family situations in a village of Sonora, Mexico.  This happened because of a unique encounter on a construction job site in the United States.  We met a contractor who visits Sonora yearly.  This contractor connected us with Pastor Victor.  Pastor Victor has a big heart for the children he sees on the streets in his village.  He has been in tears because of the abuse and neglect he sees on a day to day basis.  Life of the Village Foundation has joined up with Pastor Victor in providing a place of refuge and peace for the children to come to.  He gives the children food, teaches them about God, prays, does art with them, reads a children's Bible, sings songs, and sets up a bouncy house for them to play in.  Every week more children show up because they bring their friends.  

Life of the Village Foundation welcomes anyone who has the same heart as us to give to the less fortunate and bring hope and vision to people we meet in our daily lives.
