LIDERAMOS’ vision is simple and powerful: to build a nation of Latino leaders. The way they do this is by expanding, connecting, and enhancing the quality and impact of Latino leadership programs in cities across the nation with the goal of developing a culturally aware, civically engaged community serving local leaders. LIDERAMOS has a strong curriculum and training program; hosts an Annual Leadership Symposium; provides a National Directory as a resource; provides Scholarship & Fellowship opportunities; as well as ongoing events and activities geared towards community building, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
