Support Mental Health at Our Local Schools

With your support, LAEF is now working to maximize the use of Well Spaces across Los Alamitos Unified by developing after-school counseling groups. This way students can receive support on a variety of areas with peers experiencing similar struggles, all while not missing class time.

What is a Well Space? A room on the school campus to improve mental health by creating a calm, safe and comfortable space for students to reset and learn about mindfulness strategies with support from school counselors.
