Secure Knox Makers Future

Knox Makers is one of the largest, best-equipped, and longest-running makerspaces in the Southeast United States. We’re a modern, nonprofit community center with lasercutters, machining tools, woodworking equipment, an electronics lab, and best of all, a thriving community.

The biggest risk that spaces like ours face is insecurity of our physical home. History is full of makerspaces losing their lease/agreements and having to quickly relocate. Sadly, many of those spaces never fully recover or have to close completely.

Knox Makers has established itself in the Knox area for over 14 years. We love our community and want to secure our future here. We have rented for the entirety of our existence but we now have an opportunity to buy our building. Not only will this secure our forever home but it will put us on the financial path to support the surrounding maker community in new and exciting ways.

We are well positioned for building ownership. We have a proven track record, the data to back it up, and a plan for the future success of Knox Makers. Want to know more? CLICK HERE!

We need to raise capital for the initial building purchase. We ask that you help us to serve our community by fostering creativity, teaching skills, and supporting art.
