ICEERS serves humanity by transforming society’s relationship with psychoactive plant medicines and psychedelics, while respecting and honoring their traditional, Indigenous roots. We engage with fundamental issues resulting from the globalization of ayahuasca, iboga, and other ethnobotanicals.
Founded in 2009, ICEERS has special NGO consultative status with the United Nations’ Ecosoc, is registered as a non-profit foundation, and has charitable status in Spain.
ICEERS operates a charitable project fiscally sponsored by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, Inc. (MAPS), a Section 501(c)(3) public charity (federal tax ID: 59-2751953). In accordance with federal tax requirements, MAPS exercises discretion and control over all project funds. Please make your donations for the purposes of this project directly to MAPS.
