Empowering Girls and Women Through Reproductive Health

The grant will fund reproductive and menstrual health education sessions for adolescent girls, boys, and women; distribution of 120 reusable sanitary pad kits; and community awareness meetings. HEARDS will manage the grant through its established financial oversight system, ensuring proper procurement, session delivery, and monitoring. The initiative reduces stigma, improves menstrual hygiene, and builds reproductive decision-making skills. The micro-enterprise pad-making unit ensures sustainability by continuing low-cost pad availability beyond the grant period.
